In the rare case that a device or speaker does not work as desired despite careful final inspection, you can send the device/speaker to your ETON dealer for repair. For this purpose, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the unit/speaker. In case of a warranty claim, please include a copy of the invoice and leave your contact information with your dealer. The complete warranty/repair processing will be handled by your dealer.
